Rhys Paddick walks through his personal journey, explaining how we use our good intentions to integrate modern and traditional cultures to create a third culture: people culture. He’ll address some basics in Aboriginal cultural awareness, and seed ideas for cultural application within your organisation. One of the tools he’ll briefly unpack is Acknowledging Country. This keynote will leave participants feeling more informed, confident and curious to learn more.

Emma Gibbens draws on her decades of working on political and advocacy campaigns to explore how each of us can be an agent of change. Helping identify your voice inspires continuous and courageous action. Whether you take big actions or little ones, each individual can embrace their power and play a role in the journey of reconciliation.
